Yes — every batch is tested by an independent laboratory for identity, potency, heavy metals and microbiological contamination. That testing happens on the finished capsule after production, not only on incoming raw materials. The distinction is the whole point: testing what goes into the blender tells you what you bought from a supplier, while testing what comes out tells you what is in the bottle you received. Four categories: identity, potency, heavy metals, and microbiological contamination. Identity confirms the ingredient is what the label says it is. Potency confirms the dose matches what is printed. Heavy metals screens for lead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury. Microbiological testing screens for bacterial and fungal contamination. Identity and potency matter most in formulas built on botanical extracts, because that is precisely where under-dosing and substitution happen in this industry — a cheaper species or a lower-concentration extract looks identical on a label and behaves nothing like the studied material. No — keep it. Sending a part-used supplement bottle back across the country is inconvenient for you and pointless for us, because we cannot resell it and it would only be discarded at the other end. That also means there is no return label to wait for and no tracking to watch: the refund does not depend on a parcel arriving anywhere. We process approved refunds within two business days. Yes — swap products, add formulas, or change quantities in your account before the next renewal date. The 15% subscriber discount is attached to the subscription rather than to a specific product, so it carries across to whatever you swap in. This is the option to use if a formula has done its job and you want to try a different one without starting a new subscription and losing your place. Changes need to be saved before the renewal date to apply to that order; anything saved afterwards takes effect from the following one. If you want to run two formulas at once, add the second to the same subscription rather than creating a separate one. ### When am I charged? On the day your recurring order is generated, which is the same date each cycle. We send an automated email three days before that date so nothing arrives as a surprise. That window is there to be used: it is when you can pause, skip, swap the formula, change quantities or update the card and shipping address, and any change saved in time applies to the order about to be created. If a payment fails, the system retries rather than cancelling the subscription outright, and you will be emailed about it. You can see the date and the amount of every upcoming order in your account at any time. ### Can I skip a single delivery? Yes — use Skip Shipment in your account and the schedule resumes on the following cycle. This is the option for travel, or for when capsules from the last bottle are still stacking up. Skipping moves the schedule on by one cycle without touching anything else: your 15% discount, your formulas and your interval all stay as they are. It is different from pausing, which stops the schedule until you restart it, and different again from cancelling, which closes the subscription. Skip needs to be saved before the order is generated, which is why the three-day reminder email matters. ### Does the subscriber discount apply forever? Yes — it holds for the life of the subscription, and it is currently 15% off every order. It is not an introductory rate that quietly reverts after the second or third delivery. The discount is attached to the subscription itself, so it applies to every renewal for as long as that subscription stays active, including orders you skip or reschedule. Pausing does not reset it. Cancelling does: if you close a subscription and later start a new one, you join at whatever rate is current at that time rather than the one you originally locked in. A US company based in Dacula, Georgia, that started out selling supplements on Amazon and Walmart before this site existed. That origin is the reason the company exists in its current form. Years on a marketplace teach you the category from the seller's side: which claims sell, which numbers can be printed without technically lying, and how much of a formula can disappear inside a proprietary blend. What a marketplace listing does not give you is any way to prove you are not doing it yourself — no room for a testing page, an ingredient rationale, or a certificate of analysis. We start from human trials and work backwards to a capsule. The test is whether an ingredient has peer-reviewed human research at a dose that can realistically fit into a capsule someone will actually swallow.
